The coming Obamanation

So, I've been in mourning for a few days, but I'm back. There have been a few things I wanted to post about, but I never seemed to find the time to sit down and do it. Now I guess most of it would be considered old news, but since there are at least 2 people who would probably never hear any of this stuff if I didn't post it, I'll get you caught up.

First of all, when a tyrannical ruler with an apocalyptic worldview is elated about who you've chosen as your president, you might have elected the wrong guy. Just look HERE at the grin on A-jad's face. Yep, he's a happy man. His candidate won. Luckily for us, he's even outlined what we, the United States, need to change about our foreign policy. How neighborly of him. No doubt Obama will be sitting down at the negotiation table with him any day now.

Secondly, I wish I had time to elaborate on all of the comical displays of swooning and adoration over our new president-elect. If ever there was a cult of personality, this is it. For example, there's a new rap song! It's called My President Is Black, and is done by Young Jeezy. Who is Young Jeezy, you might ask? I have no idea. Nor do I care.

So much for healing the racial divide, huh?

And from the "you've got to be kidding me" files, take a look at this. Soon, government employees will have another day off. Notice that they are even serving "Obama cake". Oh, the absurdity.

And to those who have said that I should give our new president-elect a chance, I tell you that I don't need to. I did what everyone should have done. I learned all I needed to know about him before the election. I know what kind of man he is, and what his plans are for this country. And I don't like any of it.

I can still say that, can't I? Do we still have freedom of speech? I know that Obama is all about CHANGE. And I'm thinking that might be the first freedom to go, as evidenced by the people he's tried to shut up already.

Two things I'm wondering:

1. How can Obama, when he takes the Oath of Office, swear to uphold the constitution, considering that he believes the document is flawed?

2. How long it will take for the Obamabots to be embarrassed to admit they voted for him?
